The Government are allowing building on Village Greens so does that mean building can take place in Hyde Park, Regents Park, Richmond Park all in London or does this ruling only appertain to country villages which very often are in the centre of the villages and as such are the heart of the village. Obviously I don't need to ask about Wimbledon Common because as far as I know that is classified as a Village Green
